About

"Anduzeblauw" is about an aspiring filmmaker named Leo. He is located in the South of France, where he is making a film with his friends Fabio and Robin, and actors Jimmy and Sil.

Leo is very passionate; he wants to make it in the film industry and has set high expectations for himself. This leads to stress and excessive perfectionism that he radiates to the group. Sil is the only one who manages to calm him down, and it appears that through her, he starts to realize that his happiness doesn't lie in achieving success but in the people around him. The question is whether he will realize this in time or if he will be blinded by his need to prove himself, with potentially catastrophic consequences.

Music

Together with Pim Hegeman (Film Director) we started talking on how to approach the music for this project. We created a lot ideas which led to 8 unique pieces for this film. The music contains influences of classical -, piano -, electronic - & ambient music.
